GrandStay Hotel & Suites Perham

We had a great weekend in Perham at Grandstay. The lobby, breakfast area, halls and room were very clean. The employee who helped with breakfast was welcoming and offered many choices. We left an important item behind and the front desk was accommodating and ensured it was in safe keeping until we could retrieve it. We are very satisfied and would recommend staying here. We stay at many hotels, none nearly as clean and welcoming as the Grandstay in Perham. Many thanks!

We just wanted to get away for the night, and we chose Grandstay. |What a great decision!! |We didn't have a reservation, check in was easy and very quick. The front desk lady was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and the good spots to eat.| It is hard to believe this hotel is 18 years old. From the moment you walk in, you feel like the staff want you there. |The pool and hot tub are very nice. It was nice and clean.|THey even have a little bar for a night cap. The front desk person is also the bartender. |The room was nice and clean and beds were great. They even have Aveda shampoo and conditioner!!!|We loved the breakfast, they have lots of options, like biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs. Breakfast was very well stocked.

The hot tub was not up and running, so that was a let down. Pool is on the colder side. Found a bunch of dog food underneath one of the beds in our room which was disappointing because we had a baby that crawled everywhere. The man at the front desk in the evening that we checked in was amazing and super helpful.

Anyone know how to contact the owners of grand stay hotels in Perham Minnesota, the hotel is trying to charge me a stupid ridiculous amount for me leaving towels on the floor saying there was a bunch of spilled stuff in the room there wasn’t and there was ashes in the window, we smoke but definitely not in any hotel rooms I even told them to check there cameras they will see me going out at least 8 times and sitting in there designated smoking area, and we never even touch the window in the bedroom, the only thing we did was use the world pool tub which is the reason I rented the room first and only time I didn’t take before and after pictures of the room! I paid 190 just for one room for the night I just checked out 1 hr ago, we were very respectful, even gave the front desk a 20$ tip fo

We've used GrandStay hotels in a few places now and have enjoyed each one. This one has a nice grocery store and coffee shop within easy walking distance. The only minor annoyance was the train whistle I occasionally heard but it never bothered me at night.
