Grander Inn & Suites

We had an issue with the shower, however the staff was very helpful and made sure it was fixed prior to our return that evening. Breakfast was blah. Over all our stay was good and we will be back.

Positive: Breakfast was very good.?many selections and kept clean! Loved the flowers and landscaping and pool looked nice! Negative: The cars on the street had very loud pipes! Hotel can?t control that! My sink and toilet needed updating. Bed and pillows were very comfortable!

Great place with awesome service. It shows that regardless of the name brand , it’s the staff that makes the experience exceptional! They went above and beyond to accommodate our 5 charter buses parking situation. Rachel was very helpful and in constant contact. Rooms are spacious and super clean breakfast was spot on ❤️❤️

Stayed a total of 2 weeks here and Rachel was the best! She is the friendliest hotel host! She makes sure you are taken care of.

Yeah this is not an IHG property. The signs still say Baymont Inn. Online it says 'Newly Renovated' don't be fooled. It torally sucked!
