Grand Seas Resort

We booked this twice through our Exploria embark points. Once in Jan and then in Feb , both times front desk was so nice and accommodating. In Jan it was slow in Daytona , so even though we had a very late check in they were able to give us upgraded room as promised while booking. But in Feb with biker week, even though they promised the upgrade room while booking, we lost hope when we checked in . But the two ladies that work on the morning, were so sweet and made it happen. Thank you!! The resort itself is really nice. It’s away from the really popular Daytona area, so more peaceful. Most rooms are nicely renovated.

From check-in to check-out, our stay was nothing short of exceptional. My Wife and I were celebrating a special occasion and everything was perfect. The front desk staff were exceptionally pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Our room was outstanding, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed all the hotel amenities, including the restaurant, and pool/bar area. The location was ideal, right on the beach and very close to restaurants, entertainment, shopping and more. Overall, this was a 5+ star experience for us, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Amazing ocean views from our room! Full kitchen was nice. The pools were great! The inside pool was so warm that it felt like you were swimming in a hot tub. The outside pool is 0 entrance which is great for littles.

We spent two weekend nights with our four kids and everything was absolutely perfect. The units have jaw-dropping views through the floor-to-ceiling windows - seriously, the absolute best way to wake up! The rooms are large (we had a studio and a 1-bedroom and even the studio had a FULL kitchen!). Everything was super clean, all amenities worked great, the pools and hot tubs were squeeky clean, the sports courts were ultra fun, even the beach was quiet and clean! Very impressed and it bring Daytona Beach back up on our list!

Beautiful location! Amazing staff with one significant exception. Overall clean and my room is well maintained. The bar staff is above and beyond exceptional, but the older white lady at the desk must be let go! So rude and her attitude and tone and corporate propaganda just ruin it for everyone else on staff. She disrespected me and was so rude on each interaction that I’m actually writing a preliminary review. As a former health care director, if one person has a bad attitude, it can affect the entire team and everyone else is exceptional but the lady at the desk definitely lowers over all staff moral. She’s got to go!
