Grand Cascades Lodge

Place was great came w my kids they loved it and had a great time. The pool was cool hot pool outside 2 different pools both hot one the adults ha go it in the other the kids then they got a cool slide for the kids. The buffet was good and the activities were fun they had fire burning pony rides great overall experience the only issue is they charged us extra we had to go back inside and get the extra charge removed they’ll charged us for 3 adults instead of 2 and this also happened to me in their other location maybe they need front desk to get it together aside from that loved the place !

We had a surprisingly fun Christmas getaway at Grand Cascades. Upon arrival, there was an issue with our thermostats and maintenance arrived two minutes after we called and the issue was immediately fixed. We had lovely spa experiences with Deborah and Kristin. We also enjoyed an entertaining and informative wine cellar tour with Paige which set the tone for the wine tasting with Suzanne. We had a great group and lots of laughs. Finally, restaurant Latour was delicious. We appreciated the creative locally sourced dishes on the chef’s tasting menu. Overall a great stay.

This is by the nicest, cleanest hotel I’ve ever been to. The tub, the shower, the kitchen, the sheets.. the cleaning team must be ran very well! Not a discrepancy in sight. I actually feel comfortable walking without my shoes on. It’s truly a 10/10 on all levels. The front desk employees are the nicest people. Everything here is just phenomenal.

We had a wonderful Christmas mini vacation at this place! Jimmy Denis, my apologies for The misspelling made our stay truly special. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible experience. The mentalist show was absolutely incredible! I highly recommend it. And let me tell you, the restaurants here are incredibly underrated! Will definitely be back! (The only thing I would like to be better is its pool temperature, as it was a little too cold, way cooler than Minerals. )

It is a great property. The restaurant service and food were awesome!|What I do not agree with & its a personal choice, of course...the 3.5% convenience fee on credit cards! I have never heard of that before and I travel extensively!|The spa is awesome!|However, what caused a wrinkle in our experience:|There were no bookings for Saturday.|I requested to call me if any cancellation.|I was told they NEVER have cancellations!!! (well, never say never!!) I gave my number & requested a call, if a rare cancelation occurs :) Well, I got a call Saturday morning, saying there were 3 slots available for 3 of us & times were confirmed. All good, right? They couldn't find the 4 pm appointment & caused a significant delay in figuring it out & finally realised their error, started the session 20 mins la
