Goodnite Inn and Suites of Bullhead City

Upon arrival, the front door was locked. Once entering the room, it smelled, the sink is cracked, the carpet is dirty, the view is beautiful, half the outlets don’t work. The fridge doesn’t work, and it’s super old and cracked, only with the provided extension cord after we begged them for it the fridge worked. After the first night we stayed and went out, when we returned they didn’t clean, take any trash, do the bed. And when we asked them for housekeeping they threw the towels at us. The rooms don’t close, the bathroom doesn’t either, there’s never anyone here, customer service is horrible. If I could give a 0 I would. If this is a last resort spot to stay. We made last minute plans for Laughlin over 4th of July. We doubted we'd get a room on the strip, so we used booking.com and got the Goodnite Inn & Suites, Bullhead,Az. On the phone, the Mgr said how busy they were and called us back saying cancel with booking.com and go direct with her for a better rate. We got there, and there were NO cars in the parking lot. The lobby was super hot. Desk attendant said she's not allowed to turn on air until 4pm. Went to our room, air off. Turned on air, went to casino, came back three hours later. Still no cars in parking lot. Our room was extremely hot. Inadequate air conditioning! Desk attendant said it's the same in all the rooms. Called mgr. She argued with us about no cancel policy and said we must produce our receipt which we had lost.

We had 4 adults staying for for 3 days. The desk guy did not understand 4 adults in one room so he put 2 adults and 2 kids. He only gave us towels for 2 adults. It took us 30 minutes fighting with him to get him to understand that it was 4 adults then we got the towels. Bathroom sink leak, Duct tape line the edge of the bathroom floor. Toilet water always running, refrigerator quit working after 3 hours, They never came in to replace it or fix it. In the morning they had a pot of coffee and a box of muffins. Coffee was old tasting and the muffins was stale. This is a hotel operated very poorly by a guy that couldn't understand English and did nothing for the hotel guest. Could be a lot better with new management who knows how to run a hotel.

If I could have rated this motel 0 stars I would have. This place is disgusting. Our room was empty for so long that brown water was coming out of the faucets. The rude owners solution was to "let it run and it should be fine." After telling him several times that his solution did not suffice, he switched us to another room that had the bed made, and the toiletries replaced, but was clearly not cleaned after the last party left. This was evidenced by the female hair that was still all over our pillows (we had no women with us) and the beer can on the side of the bed in open view. The whole hotel smelled like a certain recreational herb, mostly coming from the lobby. My brother and I slept on top of the blankets with our towels on the pillows because it was so gross. 7/11/15: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! If there was an option for No Stars, this Hotel would win... Where to begin... Last Minute trip to Laughlin, of course (according to the internet) all rooms everywhere else were booked, (I call Bullshit), so were forced to get a room at this disgusting, low budget ass hotel. When we pulled up, there were No Cars, No Noise, No People, I felt like we rolled up to Bates Motel it was very quaint and creepy, my kids and husband joked we would be the stars of the next horror film. Creepy Man at the Front Desk, No Sign of any other life or service man/woman/maid/guests, no biggie, we figured everyone was at the River or Laughlin, as we entered our room, A/C was blasting, the only highlight to the stay, we asked for additional towels so that we could swim in the poo
