I give it a 0 star they never want to fix anything no major upgrades in Park but lot rent increases every year $60 to 100 dollars you can drive in and see what it looks like Now. and how bad the homes in Golden Grove look. The entrance to the park does not look like this anymore. park has been neglected. Some of the Mobile homes have a lot's of big hidden issues it's a Money pit paint Does wonders. Take a close look on rent to own contracts vary high interest rate.
Wow live here very nice place . Very quiet and have no problems with anything like some apartments you get
