Absolutely love my new place here at nature trails and can’t say enough good things about the security and maintance of this resort

Lovely land and very peaceful. Great dog run and archery range. Bathrooms are beyond gross and falling apart. Staff is nice, and park manager has been very good for the park. Old park manager who somehow is still around working for the park is not friendly at all. Lots of fun activities. Dues keep increasing. Poor communication from Board of Directors to members. Beware of the internal staff. They have different rules for different people. Also security is soooo nosy. Always peeping around and is invasive to one’s privacy.

Covid-19 has screwed so many things up in our world. But I don’t feel even Covid can do that here. The management didn’t take covid lightly and the place, even without all of the amenities because of the pandemic is still a great place! I wouldn’t dock GBNT a single bit for something they handle(d) well. I want to address both the rules/regulation and the ageism remarks. Bottom line: the rules make total sense. The land is ultimately National Forest Land, they have semi-strict guidelines to ensure the land is kept beautiful and peaceful for generations to come. Complaining about the rules says more about you then it does GBNT. The management take their job seriously and the place is better because of it. I am 42. I have been visiting for 4 years now as a guest of friends and bought a lot

On a road trip from SoCal, stopped off for a stay with a friend that had a place here. Enjoyed it's natural beauty and surroundings, had fun exploring!
