Glen Maury RV Park & Campground

Traveling to the northeast and needed a stop for the night. Found Glen Maury RV Park via Passport America and were so pleased. Price was great, staff were helpful and the site was huge! We did stay in the lower campground for ease of access with our large 5th wheel. Unexpectedly, the park wasn’t too busy, so we were able to adjust the rig across sites to level without unhooking for our one night stay. Will definitely plan a future visit and longer stay in this park.

Tried to book a trip online & system was not taking the code they provided for a discount. Called the campground & the lady they have answering their phone needs to find a new job! Very rude, condescending, and couldn’t care less to hear what I was even trying to explain. Basically, I work on weekends, don’t know how to book reservations, you need to go online & then told me I was wrong when asking about the discount code! Don’t really care how good this place may be I’m sick & tired of people/businesses not caring enough to help you with a problem! This lady needs to find a new job!

I personally would not recommend this campground especially for the price. Other campgrounds in the area that we preferred were unfortunately booked so we opted to give this a shot. We got to the office during the office hours but I guess they decided to close early so we were unable to ask questions on the sites. We decided to drive around and check out upper. We have a travel trailer so bathrooms/amenities are important to us and the bathrooms up there were just cement boxes. Spiders all over the doors, no mirrors. Didn’t honestly check to see if they even had toilet paper or working toilets as it was an immediate no. Went back to lower and got settled in, bathrooms at the time seemed decent enough. We stayed there in the campground. It could use some updating but was very nice and roomy. Softball games were fun to watch and had great walking trails along the river. It is big rig friendly.

I cannot speak more highly of this campground! The staff were beyond accommodating. I had a mechanical issue with my camper and they even came after hours to help me! I am so incredibly grateful. I look forward to coming back to enjoy the trails and activities offered here. Thank you again so much for your kindness and generosity. 💎
