Gladstone Inn & Suites

Tired is an understatement. We've tried this hotel several years for annual events and it keeps getting worse. Went to check in, nobody behind desk. Final got our room after waiting around and telling to the back to see if anytime could help. When we finished our event and stepped for into the room, we were meet with dirty floors, tables, bathroom... Used towels in the room and bathroom, garbage cans 1/2 full and a stained bath tub. Will not go back again.

The room stank greatly of mildew. No continental breakfast in fact the restaurant isn't even open on Sundays. Room was very noisy. No phone line to call the desk or order food. We will NEVER stay there again, EVER.

Location is ideal and my room was quiet. My room was clean and everything was in working condition. Plenty of towels too. I was here for 5 days and would recommend to anyone.

Stayed for one night would not stay again. Room was clean and well kept front desk staff were helpful and very nice while they were there, but the problems for me arose when front desk staff left for the evening at 11. It is very strange to me for a venue that public has access to has no on site staff and didn't provide a number to hotel guests to call in case they needed assistance after front desk closed. After front desk staff left for the evening the bar turned into a night club and cranked the music. Bar patrons were shouting in the bar and out side till bar close. That we knew we could do nothing about. The room next to us was blaring their own music for over an hour, after midnight, despite being asked to turn it down with no response. That is what we would have liked some assistan

The restaurant in the hotel, cook is also the waiter and? Food was awesome. Had to go with an Arnold Palmer, they don't have Pepsi. Pool is closed and empty, needs fixed. Room was ok. Definitely seen worse. Extra pumps in the drawers? At least we had some. Fridge worked. Has a little safe in the room, not sure about that. Beds weren't as bad as some reviews. The beds creaked? Like a haunted house floor! Maybe the mattress protectors? So bad that you wake up anyone else in the room when you move or get up in the middle of the night. I've donated or thrown away better TVs than what was in the room. Lots of channels, no guide that i was aware of. And fuzzy blurry i couldn't even tell what period the hockey game was in. The coffee pot was a joke and didn't work. Set so high she couldn't e
