Glacier Gateway Inn Cut Bank

I was told this place was recently bought out a year ago, they are in the process of renovating and updating the property. Don’t really see what they’ve been working on over the past year, still a lot of work to go. (Ex. No bedside tables or lamps, no outlets close to the bed.) But, it seemed clean and it seemed safe. The water was hot, the WiFi worked, and the staff was very friendly. We only stayed one night on our way out to North Dakota from Glacier National Park, so we were not looking for anything fancy anyway.

I wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT BOOK HERE! Don't think "oh it could just be misleading or bad experiences" that's what I did and was totally wrong. They said they were full after we booked online then the next day after we had to panic search for a available room somewhere else they said they did have a reservation for us for the next day after saying they didn't work with priceline(which is who we booked through) the place is sketchy and pretty sure a scam!|On a side note check out the beautiful airbnbs that are available right down the road. After we were turned away with 4 kids at 9 at night the hosts at the air bnb were absolute life savers.

When pull up to the hotel and you look at your spouse with look of disgust and you simultaneously utter nope at the same time! You look for something else immediately! This should not be on any website period! No place to park and only parking was the handicap spot. Hotel was full of long term residents. We left! They can keep our 1 night stay to fix the place up. FYI we never got out of the car!

Do not make a reservation at this motel. They are full and do not tell their customers. I made a reservation for yesterday at 11pm (I informed them in the reservation that I would arrive at that time), when I got there they told me that there were no rooms available, so I could look for another place (which was further away). They could call to let me know, but they did not. At 11pm I had to keep calling motels in the nearby city to find a place to sleep. The guy at the reception said that it was not his fault and that he could not do anything. And that they could not mark on Booking.com they were already full.

This place is so nice! I don't know if they remodeled inside and then they're going to do the outside but wow. I honestly drove around the parking lot for a minute and wasn't sure about the place because the sign was not very nice. I hope they'll fix up the outside sign a bit because you walk in and it is just gorgeous. They have a really nicely done up dining area. Fireplace. The rooms have what looks like almost new flat screen TVs. Microwave. Fridge. Huge bed, huge rooms, nice lounge chair, big bathtub. Every single thing is sparkling sparkling clean.Very very impressed!My coworker stayed somewhere else because she said it was the only nice hotel in the area. I absolutely disagree. I got the better deal. I wish I would have gotten here earlier to enjoy this a lot more. Highly recommend
