Positive: Location, staff, amenities and the best keep secret the trolly in front of of the hotel who take you to downtown free Negative: The complimentary breakfast could be better,

My husband and I stayed here for our 13 wedding anniversary. The room was absolutely beautiful and the river was so nice ! When we arrived the lady checking us in wasn’t very friendly but when we ran into the house keeper in the hall way she was so nice to us and then upon checking out a different employee was absolutely the sweetest! We loved our room, enjoyed our stay.

I loved my stay at this hotel! Check in and check out was extremely easy, the rooms were clean and have a great view. The breakfast was pretty decent and the hotel grounds were beautiful. Location is also top tier! You’re near everything! I chose this hotel based off reviews and I hope mine gives people the comfort they need to decide to book! I’m definitely staying here again once I come back. Thank you guys for the amazing stay.

I just stayed on Valentines Day night. My room was clean and nice. I liked the fireplace it was a very nice touch. The view was great too. The breakfast was good. I seen some reviews complain about the room cleanliness and that the hotel was not four stars. IMO some people need to get realistic. Most 4 star hotels cost much more than this location. Its a very good hotel at a fair price. I will stay here again.

Buyer beware. This was a most unusual experience at the river inn. We booked the hotel thru a 3rd party. Hotels dot com I think. The rate was about $400 for the week for a pet friendly room so we figured we would give it a try. The listing mentioned additional $100 in fees paid at the hotel which we presumed was a fairly exorbitant pet fee. Essentially 25% on top of the room rate. So we stayed. The room was fairly beat up, but the beddings were clean and the river terrace view was nice. Was even a nice sitting area right along the river where you can have a little fire and enjoy the water. I have to say though i cannot imagine anyone had paid an extra $$ in cleaning fees prior to us given the basic cleaning done in the room upon arrival. The common areas were also very dirty.
