Gatlinburg Lodge

All in all it was good place. Two for the hot tubs didn't work, one bedrooms TV didn't work, one bathroom didn't have hot water, a lamp wouldn't turn off, the dishwasher leaked, doors were hard to lock and with it being on a main corner you heard traffic all night long. Bed was comfy and a bear visited the dumpster so that was pretty cool!

First time to Gatlinburg and we had a great time. This place was awesome video games pool table, 3 hot tubs, fire pit, movie theater.

Disappointing First Stay – Room for Improvement This was my first time staying at this cabin, and unfortunately, we encountered several issues that made the experience less than ideal. Upon arrival, we discovered that one of the bedrooms was locked from the inside, and two of the upstairs rooms had not been cleaned. There was candy on the floor, unvacuumed carpets, a tied-up trash bag left out, and unmade beds. I contacted the management team immediately and was told someone would come by to resolve the issues. However, no one arrived that evening. When I called again later that night, I was told it wasn’t considered an emergency but would be treated as urgent. The wood floors were so sticky when we got there that one woman's shoe came off. Whatever housekeeping is using is not right for wood floors. My feet were black after walking on the floors for an hour. There was a lot of damaged/non functioning furniture, including the reclining chairs in the theater room. The pool table was nice, but there was no chalk and hadn't been for quite some time based on the tips of the sticks. One room had no working outlets or tv. Only one hot tub was clean and usable. An email was sent to customer service, and they were quick to respond. They did send someone out to fix some of the issues. It was great to spend time with family and friends. It is a nice large cabin just needs some TLC. The carpet in stairwell and some bedrooms need cleaning. There were several rooms the television didn’t work in them. There were spiders in the cabin. Management needs to give the cabin a little attention between bookings. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
