Gateway Inn

The room and the services here are wonderful. My room was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also great—just a short walk to a family restaurant with delicious food, as well as other nearby stores. If you enjoy walking, it’s a convenient and pleasant area to explore. What I appreciated most, though, was the peaceful atmosphere of the place. I stayed here for almost a month, and during that time, what truly made the experience special was the owner and his family. They were incredibly kind and helpful, and their warmth left a lasting impression on me. Gateway Inn was a nice, comfortable motel. The room was clean and Tastefully decorated. It had two very big overstuffed, comfortable armchairs. 2 comfortable beds. A good selection of cable on the television. Refrigerator in a microwave. The bathroom is clean, although the toilets at rather low. The owners were very nice and the $70 for a room was pretty reasonable. It is conveniently located right across the street from the Red Apple Restaurant and close to a grocery store and a gas station. We would definitely stay there again and probably will.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Gateway Inn in Sullivan for nearly a month, and we were thoroughly impressed. The hospitality extended by the owner, Sam, and his family was truly exceptional — they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The room was fantastic: clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The overall customer service was outstanding, marked by warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care. We would confidently rate our experience five stars and highly recommend Gateway Inn to anyone seeking a pleasant and memorable stay.

I been going here from last 20 years for hunting on lake. The rooms are always very clean and up to date. The manager is super nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to everyone that is looking for a place to stay while visiting lake here in the town.

Great place to stay. Clean rooms, close to multiple state parks Stones throw to Amish country. Great amenities friendly staff.
