Chip's Marine

I’ve been to this store twice, both on busy Saturdays with people coming in & out at a large capacity. All employees helped as if I was the first & only customer to ever walk through the door. Very helpful & knowledge people working in there. “Props” to the very tight ship they run at chips.

Traveled from out of state to make private party boat purchase in the area. Battery as dead for a test start. Chips Marina worked us right in and mechanic replaced battery, started motor up, and aired trailer tires. Mechanic was very friendly and helpful, explained many things about the engine and boat. Girl inside was very kind and provided us information, a proper bill of sale to use, and even made copies for us to finish our transaction. I was extremely pleased with the friendliness and exceptional customer service.

My Minn Kota Ultrex wouldn't turn so I called and talked to Ryan about my issue. He said bring it down and let me look at it. He managed to diagnose it as soon as I got there and had the parts to fix it in stock which was a huge plus to not be weeks off the water and squeezed me in his tight schedule. Left it there on Friday and got a call Monday morning saying it's fixed and ready to go. Great service and very thankful for his quick turn around time for a tournament angler needing back on the water!

We stopped in to have a look around based on the recommendation of our fishing guide. We were not disappointed. They have everything you need to fish the lake and an extensive supply of repair parts for your boat. The staff was very friendly.

The folks here are top notch. They have taken great care of me several times whether it's trolling motor issues or boat issues.
