FunCity Resort Hotel

***UPDATE: The manager reached out to me about this issue! Very kind lady! She took care of everything!***hopefully we’ll go back in the future! I wanted nothing more than to love this place! But unfortunately that wasn’t the case. There was bad, TERRIBLE smoke smell on the 2nd floor! So bad we couldn’t walk out of our room and be able to breathe! Our daughter has a bad asthma flare up due to this!🥺 we weren’t the only guests complaining either! it is a non smoking motel! If a small incident like this can’t be fixed, we will not be coming back!

They had a sign up in the bathroom that said if you forget any amenities that they would have you covered. They did not. We forgot Q-Tips, so we went to the front desk to see if they had any. They looked for 5 seconds and said they didn’t.

They double charged me for my whole stay and when I called to get it straightened out was told that only one person at the whole resort is able to fix the situation and they only work 7-3. Then the front desk person just cut me off mid sentence and transferred me to voice mail. I would suggest taking your kids to Quincy to Scotty's Fun Spot. At least there someone can help you if they mess up your charges.

We stayed at FunCity for a family Birthday party, the kids and adults had a great time at the arcade and the food was delicious. The staff there is very friendly and accommodating

We actually went to the Ca$hino.. Pleasantly surprised it has no lingering smoke smell. Fress serve yourself soft drinks & coffee... All 3 of us left with extra $$.. Staff was very pleasant!
