Full Moon Inn

The rooms were very spacious. I would say it was clean, it's just there's mildew in almost every corner. It makes the room look dirty, but the tub and shower were clean and the toilet and sink were clean. It was way too much outside noise and the cleaning staff made too much noise while cleaning other empty rooms. Other than that, it was okay. The management seemed very nice.

When I pull up to the motel I noticed they had Pest Control there. So I asked the man are you guys spraying for bed bugs. The pest control guy said we come out every week. I said for what. The guy behind the glass got mad because I asked about bed bugs. Then he took us to the room. He said the jacuzzi didn't work that's why he was going to charge us regular price. So I went to look under the covers to see if I see bed bugs droppings. As I was looking I noticed that the sheets were dirty and there were blood spots on the sheets. So I asked the guy for one new sheet. He got mad told me to get out of this motel and threw me my ID and check. He also stated that he had a bad attitude and he don't have time for people. The man was very rude unprofessional and I rate this hotel a zero. Never bee

Lots of prostitutes in the street, clerk was very rude & saying cc machine was broken & trying to force my boyfriend to go take out cash for the deposit (it was 1am & we went to the hotel after a show we drove 4 hours from las vegas that day to see) eventually he said it could be situated in the morning. Upon entry the room was dirty & the shower floor was wet as if it had been used recently. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!! If you try to get a refund they will refuse and dispute with hotels.com or wherever you book. Horrible!!!!!!

I booked this motel 7 months ago and called multiple times to confirm my reservation and every time it was very hard to get someone who understood English . They were very rude and yelled at me but I stuck with it because I have no where else to stay during my trip. Here we are three days before I leave and they cancel my room with no explanation . I booked through Expedia so Expedia contacted them (after a conversation I had with them while they yelled at me and continued calling me stupid ) and told them that I canceled myself . They are incompetent and extremely rude with 0 people skills or customerservice . It seems sketchy and over all not a good place to stay .

Rang ahead to make sure someone was there after 11pm so we could check in and was told there would be, when we arrived there was nobody so we had to ring door bells and knock on the window waiting 5-10 minutes for some very rude staff to roar at us through a slot to give them money. The beds were covered in plastic and the bed sheets were put on top of it. Would not recommend even if you are stuck for a night was an awful experience.
