Front Beach RV Park and Motel

A wonderful place to stay while your at the beach. The owner is angel and i hope GOD continues to bless her. There is an excellent security team. This is a very friendly place. Me and my family mind our own business and keep to ourselves and that is excepted here as well. To any bad reviews you get out of life what you put in it and sometimes it helps to mind a little more of your own business and stay a little more to your. P.S. the pool company does nice job keepin it clean i should know me and my child was there everyday for a year swimming and relaxing.

I will say that This is a great location especially if you work in this area on the beach. It's so convenient and so close to everything and The owner Dawn is so sweet and DeeDee is awesome too! I love that j can relax here with my family and not have to worry about anything ❤️ I like the fact that I can take my daughter to the pool whenever we feel like it! Rent is reasonable for especially the location that it's in! Has a washer/dryer on property, shower house, pool, Community BBQ grill and patio with chairs to enjoy your summer fun in the sun!! We rent monthly for RV spot and it's great here. The owner just ask to keep her clean and DRAMA FREE, as it should be everywhere !! I APPRECIATE THE FACT That after I get off work 11 pm it's quiet and peaceful so i can sleep!! 😌

Our 2nd time staying here. Dawn runs a tight ship so there's never any problems and all the staff is always very helpful. Place is roomy, quiet and reasonable. All our needs were addressed quickly. Any time I had to contact them I got a response within minutes. We plan on staying many more times in the future if its available. Currently in the middle of our 3rd stay here. Service is outstanding. Dawn is always professional and extremely prompt with any questions or concerns. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The place is always quiet and peaceful, never hear the other tenants. It's half a mile from the beach so very convenient. We love it here.

This place has the best customer service hands down. I have been in contact with Dawn now for about 3 months. She communicates effectively and does her best to meet all accommodations. They have great rates and it's on the beach. They are one of the few parks in the area that offer long term rentals. It's been a pleasure working with you Dawn!

Not a good place for kids,lots of drugs in park, owner dawn is not a nice lady she will be up till you sign in.and then she only worry about her boy friend witch is in it for the money.jer play toy while she has a husband in Indiana as part owner I know both no wonder her husband left she's nothing but trouble.there are people there that have been there for years it's a trap to keep you there.i stayed about 6 months always had sewer problems there not installed right.all I can say is she's not honest,plays nice until you in then it changes it's more of a homeless camp. Not for kids. don't believe me then stay there see for yourself. My old boss new her from Indy and he said she was not a nice lady or trust worthy. Do your self a favor check it out your self. But I warned you !
