Friends O' Mine Campground & Cabins

Loved staying here for a spontaneous trip away from the city to explore Nashville, IN! Dave took my last minute reservation (happily at that!) and Patty was there to greet me to check in! The trail around the pond was so nice to walk through and sit by the water and read as the sun went down. The cabin was cute, smelled amazing and the heater or ac was an awesome luxury, although not needed for this time of year as weather was perfect. The outhouse and shower rooms had everything you’d need and were very clean and stocked. Overall, 10/10, would stay here again!

After reading the reviews we were skeptical; it was a holiday weekend and everything was booked. The Owner called us back to inform us he had a cancellation. We were placed by the lake - we were excited to get a place. He was super nice and cared enough about his customers to drive by often and make sure everything was fine. He also, helped us as we were trying to back the camper in. He informed us of the great places around Nashville to visit and the roads to ride our motorcycles through. He really takes pride in the way the place looks and picks trash up daily. I noticed he spends all his time working and keeping the place SAFE and CLEAN. Being close to the road wasn't a problem for us. He is super friendly - Thank you Charles for making this a tremendous holiday for us. We plan to visit

Great location right near Nashville. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our sewer hose did not have the right connector piece to connect to the sewage pipe, so they gave us a brand new sewer hose with all of the attachments for free! They even put it on while we were gone, which was just incredibly kind and we could not be more appreciative because GROSS! I would definitely come back for the people alone, but the pretty lake/pond and quiet area makes it that much better!

We enjoyed our stay here in our little camper. The bathroom/shower house is clean and nice. The room for camper is sufficient. The lake is beautiful and the little dog park is a nice addition. My kids also enjoyed the swing set next to the dog park. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

We loved camping here, and are headed back again in a couple of weeks! The owners are fantastic and so willing to help out with anything. The campground is immaculate, including shower house and rest rooms. Located so close to shopping and restaurants. Near all the wonderful entertainment places that Nashville offers! Can't wait for our return trip!!
