Freedom Valley Campgrounds

welcoming & gracious hosts, seasonal and fellow campers. stayed in my van with 2 dogs in valley section. immaculate bathrooms, showers and common areas. beautiful location. i can’t wait to go back again.

This place is just the spot. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The outdoor showers were a little cold, but the toilets were very clean, and flushed. The pool was warm and not over-chlorinated. We went on the "Christmas in July" weekend, and everyone's christmas displays were wonderful. The paths in the woods were a hoot and you should look for them.

I've been camping at Freedom Valley for about 15 years now, started back when the previous owners were there. A LOT has changed in 15 years, I'm blown away by all the changes they've made for the better. A new store/office has everything you need for camping. The grounds are well kept, the pool and deck are amazing including the huge new expansion for smokers. Lots of trails to explore. Tons of space for tent camping, cabins and trailers for rent. Showers and bathrooms were clean with plenty of hot water. We stayed in a rental trailer. It was spacious, clean, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, air fryer, grill, all available. Plenty of seating on the private deck, a place to park next to your trailer, plenty of room for a fire pit and plenty of space between campers. The staff was super

Clean and well kept campground with friendly owners/staff. Pool is great and clothing optional, primitive and electric camp sites are available as is a bunkhouse, cabins and rental trailers. They strongly enforce camp rules which is good but demonstrate a lack of trust of campers. Maybe they have been burned in the past by guests. A well stocked store is on site with food and more supplies just a quick drive away. Store prices are reasonable, sometimes less than a gas station. On Weekends there is a food truck available for hot meals (at Disney prices, lol) The only downsides I’ve noticed is that on holiday weekends staff allow campers to reserve pool chairs with towels. Some chairs go unused for hours leaving other guest stuck sitting on cement or in the grassy areas just outside. They

Great campground! The owners have been exceptionally attentive to any needs we've had this season. Great group of guys! The campground is beautiful and well maintained. Seasonals are all friendly and welcoming.
