If you ever want to spend sometime on our near Possum Kingdom Lake. This is the place ! Rooms are fantastic. Service even better. Location, WOW. Beautiful ! Finally John and his staff went above and beyond ! Thank you !!!

If you don’t bring a boat there, |isn’t much to do on property besides eat at the two restaurants on site.||The manager, Gary, was very nice and laid back. He runs the place very well!||The cabins were very clean! Also had great air conditioning for the Texas heat!

Great catfish, dont skip this place. Everyone in my group liked their food and service. We will be back.

This place is the best for fried catfish & a cold beer! I have been coming here since I was a kid... 42 years later still my favorite spot on the lake... atmosphere is always great, people are friends... don't get no better!

My family came here all throughout the eighties and nineties. I liked the old dive bar style and the lake house bunk beds in classically simple construction. Actually, I believe I was conceived here, but it was “around the boathouse” like the famous Toadies song. It was consensual. The old, dimly lit bar with a single pool table, one shuffle board, maybe 2-3 locals at the bar talking or just staring at their glass. This was when cliff jumping was allowed and we lit fireworks everywhere. Ya’ll be safe
