Fourkeys motel, 2302 Scioto Trail,Portsmouth ,OH

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I reserved a room with TWO beds online. I go to the office to check in, and the lady in the office acted like she had no idea about my reservation and gave me a room with ONE bed. There was an ac unit set at 86⁰ covered in black mold and an electric heater to keep the room warm. Half of the outlets were unusable, due to being broken. There was a wooden plank that had fallen off the wall just sitting up against the wall. There were burn holes in the sheets and blankets even though they are "no smoking" rooms. The pillows were flatter than a pancake from IHOP. And the bed was ungodly uncomfortable. The shower temp would not stay consistent, kept going from too hot to too cold. They only gave me 2 towels and a few rags. I had less than half a roll o

This is a very nice motel. Its well maintained. Its clean and modern inside and out. The fixtures are nice and modern. The beds are very comfortable. There are more expensive name brand motels and hotels in town, but this one is just as nice and very affordable. Its in a good area of town. I would highly recommend it. You get the same nice room here as other hotels at 1/3 the price.

This place is a joke i staid there last nite and there was roaches the water was cold for shower i tried all through the nite to see if it would heat up and in the morning. Then its just flat out dirty the dont clean theres dust ashes in the dresser and i even told the lady she didn't offer no money back amd credit like i just cant believe this place is open.

It took 3 times to find a room that was ready. I really didn't want to use the bathtub... Finish was peeling, caulk poorly applied. A lot of late night "activity". I didn't feel unsafe there but others might. Probably won't stay again.

We booked a room for one night on 1/24/25 when it was very cold. We were given a room with NO HEAT. When we asked about the heat we were given a portable heater to use and told 'if it didn't work well enough to go back to the office to get assigned a new room'. We made do but that is NOT really acceptable. Do not expect breakfast unless you are OK with coffee and toast. Towels are a joke as are the pillows. I would not stay here again.
