Four Points by Sheraton San Francisco Bay Bridge

Great location, very comfortable room/bed (we had a corner room) and breakfast was very good. The staff doing breakfast was excellent. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Free parking and internet. The only downer was one of the elevators was not working so there were some delays, but no biggie.

Excellent value for money in the East Bay. I stayed for four nights after coming into Emeryville on the Amtrak Coast Starlight. It's a great place to stay if you don't plan on driving — the hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station, there is a shopping center and supermarket (Trader Joe's) across the street, a Black Bear Diner right next door, a Denny's two blocks away, and the Bay Street shopping area right around the corner. The staff are super-friendly, very helpful, and the hotel is super-clean with thoughtfully-designed rooms. The only thing I'd want to change: there is free coffee and tea in the lobby from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. — I wish they had this available all day!

Positive: The location is great for getting around anywhere. Negative: I didn't find the people as friendly as when I go to most hotels. But they were polite. I wasn't too excited about being charged for breakfast unless you have added it into a kind of plan which meaning you still were charged for breakfast. Didn't buy it

We recently stayed 1 night in a corner room on the 6th floor. Room was very spacious. Included a small fridge and microwave. We had a small balcony with a nice view of Emeryville to our left and San Francisco to our right. The hotel is in walking distance to the Bay St. Mall. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was very pleasant at check in. Although we were nervous about parking in the unsecured lot, our vehicle was safe upon checkout. Now, for the negative stuff... The TV would randomly shut off on it's own. Annoying, but tolerable. 1 elevator was down when we checked in. Not a very big deal because there was one more. When it was time to checkout, BOTH elevators were down which meant we had to walk down the stairs and exit in the parking lot. Thankfully, we only stayed 1 night and

Staff have been excellent so far. The shower in the bathroom is very nice - immaculate and spacious enough. Everything else is a bit of a disappointment: tiny bathroom (except the shower), narrow walk-way through the room itself (the room is very small), the hot tub is not working, the pool area is very loud due to road noise, the gym is both too small and overcrowded (not enough open space ... and just small). Worst of all, by far, though, and what motivated me to actually write a review: The road noise is absurd. Are these single-pane windows? I won't stay here again for this reason.
