Four Points by Sheraton Fort Worth North

The front desk agents were very rude our entire stay. Upon arriving i had to wait at the desk from 10 mins while your employee is standing in the back as we can hear. Additionally my husband request towels twice and they were never brought to our room, after the next day requesting towels the agents refused bring towels to our room and stated we needed to pick them up from the front desk. Overall I’m very disappointed at the level of customer service received by your employees at this property after attending one of Marriott Leadership conferences and knowing Marriott mission and core values.

Very disappointed with my stay at Four Points by Sheraton Dallas Arlington. The staff, especially Ms. Courtney League, was rude and refused to honor a room upgrade promised by management. She even told me to cancel my reservation and leave — completely unprofessional. As a member, I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully at a Marriott property. Terrible service and poor attitude.

We’ve stayed a few times and the first time was fine. No issues but the second time the front desk girl was snarky. We booked through Hotels.com which said they had a pool. We didn’t try and use it, or look for it the first time we there but knew the next time we would use it. My son was super excited this time to use it. We looked and looked and couldn’t find it. I ask at the front desk and the girl told no they don’t. I said Hotels says you do. She said you have to check their personal website to see what actual amenities they have…. It’s a new hotel, so when they signed up for Hotels they told them they had a pool. Not all hotels are on Hotels.com. You have to tell them the amenities you have. They lied or never corrected the mistake. I told the girl this and she just repeated back to

I was here for a business trading session for 7 nights. So many issues. One the air conditioning is terrible! Takes all night to get even a little cool. Then somehow turns off when you’re gone. Every time i came back it was sooo hot. Second, I had Drain flys or bugs or something that were coming out the wall from behind the sink. I took A video and showed the front desk, they had house keeping check it out the next day… Very last thing, the blankets legit looks like it has mold in it. I happen to be fixing my blankets and saw it in the light!! Omg it had some nasty spots throughout the whole thing! Wait I have more! The bartender also cooks the food there, so it’s a long wait for either! Food wasn’t good and drinks were over priced. The bartender/cook was cool, but not a real bartender. An
