Four Points by Sheraton Appleton

I spent about 8 nights at this hotel. I saw several staff members and every single person always greeted me and had a smile on their face. They were always cleaning and when entering the lobby it always sparkled and smelled great. The bartenders were amazing humans and I enjoyed our conversations. My room was spotless and had no problem getting anything that I needed. I appreciate this being my base while I was in town handling my mother's passing. Thank you to everyone for a great stay!

Positive: Location and price Negative: Bathroom wasn't clean, no body soap in the pump.

My engagement ring, 5-year anniversary band, and 25-year anniversary band were stolen from my room. They did NOT cooperate with the police and refused to speak with me, only giving me very polished unfufilled answers. I took all responsibility for leaving my rings behind, but just wanted to know that they even SPOKE to the housekeeper. but nope, just a reply saying. "sorry, but not our fault..." I just wanted some cooperation in trying to "find" my rings! They wouldn't even speak with the assigned investigator. Really? After 10 years of Marriot Ambassador Elite status?! They can't even TRY to help? VERY DISGUSTED.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel!!! When coming here do not expect a refund if the hotel does not have the amenities they have listed on all hotel booking websites. Not only was there no refund for our stay, when looking through pictures and walking in the hotel the outside and the lobby seemed to be very nice but the room was disgusting. Not only was there hair all over the place, there was mold not only in the shower but also the fridge, the floors were disgustingly dirty along with the floor boards popping out and being “ crunchy” LITERALLY crunchy, the air conditioner is unbelievably loud, the bathroom door was destroyed and also disgusting, there was what seemed to be BOOGERS on the wall, and last but not least the room itself had an unpleasant smell walking in. For the price

Hotel feels a bit dated and signs of repairs are evident. (Our shower has old caulk spills that were never cleaned). Breakfast options are limited and not fresh.
