The managers are very nice people. The place itself is an older building but it's clean and well maintained. It can get a bit noisy/busy at times because of the night club that's basically in the same parking lot but other than that not a bad place to stay. They also do long term rentals and don't charge an arm and a leg like a lot of places.
It's ok, but not a great place to live. Very expensive and the people that run it are hard to get along with.
Rooms were cheap and clean. The manager really helped me when I needed it.
Wouldn't let hurricane Florence victims rent a room to shower even when they were willing to pay.
Not what you would expect from an apartment.
