Cypress Inn & Suites Washington by OYO

If i could leave zero I would. I made a reservation online.I get to the hotel.They say they refuse to honor the reservation quoting that the price that I was charged was too low.And therefore , they would not honor my reservation , which left me and my children having to scramble to fight another place for the night. And maybe I'm not mating, but she's saying the room is $75 night, right?I paid 209 for 2 nights last I checked 75 and 75 is what 150??? So, how does it not make sense?When they got 209 for 2 night that I paid for tonights?

We have been staying here waiting on our house to be completed for a couple months, while it is not the ritz it is affordable the manager and owner are nice and understanding people. The pool was amazing during the summer and all in all it’s been rather quiet. The rooms have been clean and any issues we have had were addressed immediately. It is an older hotel but the experience has been great!

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed. The room was extremely warm and it took the AC unit over 2 hours before it was possible to fall asleep. One lamp was broken with some insects on the floor at the base. One toilet paper dispenser was ripped off the wall and the towel rack was also pulled out of the wall. The toilet paper rolls were on the back of the toilet and not in the one good dispenser. The toilet cover was laying behind the toilet. The towels were just thrown on the bed. And after 10 minutes in the morning, the water for the shower was cold so I could not take a shower. Do not book this hotel! They called and asked me about my stay and I told them all the problems. Then they asked if I would like to stay another night!!!

The room was pretty cleaned, but could be done better. The bathroom room door wouldn't close. No water pressure. No smoke detectors. I'll not be staying there anymore, you can count on it. Need to do some work on the rooms.

This place was a mess. I killed so many 🪳 roaches. The toilet paper was only one roll and it was already used it was less than a half of a roll. No phone in the room. Bathtub had several roaches. When I called the front desk to ask a question the person had to ask someone the answer to my question. While getting ice the light in the room didn’t work. Make sure you shake your things off when you leave because it was big roaches and little roaches. The air did not work. My husband and I left because this was unacceptable. I couldn’t get a picture of the big roaches because I was busy killing them. This room was not cleaned. They also gave the wrong WiFi password and the internet kept going in and out. I had to call the front desk on my phone due to them not having a phone in the room, just t
