Fossil Creek Hotel & Suites I-70

We had a wonderful experience at Fossil Creek Hotel! Our family gathered here for our Christmas party as it is fairly middle grounds for everyone and everything exceeded our expectations. We used their convention room for our meal and White Elephant gift exchange and the staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful every step of the way. They truly thought of everything, even lending us a corkscrew when we realized we had left ours at home! The kids absolutely loved the large pool and couldn’t wait to wake up and enjoy it one last time before we left. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for both adults and kids. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to gather, celebrate, and make memories. We would absolutely stay here again!

We’ve been staying at Fossil Creek for many years. It had many unique features such as the omelet bar, popcorn and beer. At Christmas time they had a very nice decorated tree and festive decorations. Also, if you stayed for 5 nights you would get the next one free. Then new owners came in took out the omelet bar, the popcorn and beer. The weight room is no more. Ice machines were broken on several floors and the lock on our room worked some of the time. They wouldn’t punch my card for my 5th night stay saying I didn’t make the reservation with them directly. I never have made them directly with them nor does the card say I had to in order to get my card punched and honored. The new owners show no compassion and took the uniqueness away for what use to be a very busy and homey feel

I drove 11 hours from Kentucky and wanted a room with a quiet peaceful place to sleep. Fossil Creek Hotel and suites right off the interstate. I had a pool and a hot tub so I decided on that. Hotel receptionist gave me a room and I checked out the pool and everything and I told her I’ve been driving 11 hours and so she said hey I’m gonna give you the Jacuzzi suite so I floated in that hot water and it was so wonderful. It made my sleep so great and it was quiet and not many people there And I actually got in it this morning before I drove to Denver. The breakfast was great too everything you could imagine waffles, eggs, sausage biscuits, and gravy, yogurt, muffins, bread, bagels, coffee, orange, cranberry apple juice, and there weren’t many people there like at best Western or comfort In

Very nice stay for our trip across the country. I stayed with my three-year-old daughter and the pool area was great. The rooms were clean and it was quiet. The breakfast in the morning was good and ready at 6 AM.

Rooms are average. Found leftovers in the fridge. Located the phone on the closet rack shelf then located a cord and a jack to plug it in to. Signal strength so low on the tv that you couldn't even find a channel. Not tub, heated pool and sauna were available but need updating. Kiddie pool was full of rust water. Chlorine smell throughout the hotel. Only 2 luggage trollies available for the busy weekend. Continental breakfast was mediocre at best. Laundry available and worked well. Only one of two ice machines worked. Game cleaning station available for hunters during season. Hallway traffic and neighboring room traffic was minimal.
