This is an older park . Passport America makes it 50% off. One row with cable but the utilities need to be repaired and just fixed. Our cover on the electric box fell off in our hands when lifting it up. The pole for the cable fell over, broke off at the base. These things could be fixed. The one thing we dislike, have stayed her before, is the early check out time, 10AM. We have been full timing for many years and have never seen a check out time this early. They offer waffles but just from 8:30 to 9AM. Not really worth the trouble. Suppose to bring your own utensils, cups, etc. We haven't used the restrooms or laundry, so can't comment on that. The trains can be irritating at night, but not like in Deming. Road noise is loud daytime, but not bad at night. Far enough from I 1

Great little campground to stay at as we were traveling home. Staff were accommodating and allowed us to move our stay a day early due to changes in our travel plans. We arrived after hours and sites are not very well marked. Only connected electric for the night so unsure of other utilities. Electric worked fine however the insulator in the 50amp outlet was cracked. There is a train track about a mile away and you can hear it. There was lots of traffic on the road in front of the park that was really annoying until about 10:00 PM then it died off. Interstate noise could be heard in the background but not enough to be problematic.

Smaller park, clean, far enough away from the interstate to be quite close enough to be convenient. Full hookups level gravel sites. Bathrooms and laundry. Good WiFi and cell service. Easy check in friendly staff

We stop overnight the day before Thanksgiving on our way to Texas. The daughter said to my wife that she didn't like people stopping during the holidays. We'll close your RV park lady. There's another RV park just down the street called the Cattlerest RV Park and Saloon. We stay there overnight on our way home to Yuma. Nicer people!

This is an RV park on the loop that also goes through the old historic downtown. Great pull-throughs, very nice staff. Wasn't crowded. We got to use our Escapees member discount.
