Very quiet neighborhood. Maintenance is amazing. And the neighbors are beyond wonderful. So far my renting experience here is by far one of the best I have had although they could have less speed bumps lol. Also I wish we had our own mailboxes LOL

I'm in the process of moving there from Daggett. The manager is very helpful and the owners have leaned over backwards to get me moved in. One thing for sure, it's a million times better than the park I'm moving from in Daggett. So far my experience has been extremely positive.

The Trinity Oasis Palms used to be a decent trailer park. The last five managers have not been the best. The mobile homes and property were neglected and went downhill. The new manager does alot of mobile home repair himself and the landscape itself is improving. The progress itself is very good. If you want to rent here this would be a good time to get in while rents are cheaper. The surrounding desert is gorgeous especially early morning and before, during and after sunset. The colors are blues, lavenders, ochers and gold's. As colorful as the Calico Mtns. are the skies reflections. Photographers dream.
