Fontainebleau Las Vegas

Positive: The hotel is new and clean, it has nice rooms and the design is pretty cool. That is about it. Negative: Where do I start: guest service staff and room service staff did a below par job that led to this review of the hotel. Guest service was non existent or non responsive at best and room service was less than 1 star hotel.

We celebrated my birthday with a stay at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, and it was such a beautiful getaway for just the two of us. From the moment we arrived, everything felt elevated and serene. The property is immaculate, with soaring ceilings, refined décor, and a simplicity that feels effortlessly elegant. The pool is stunning and spacious, and even the casino carries an open, sophisticated feel. Our room felt like a private retreat — a spacious, beautifully designed washroom, an incredibly comfortable bed, and breathtaking views that made the celebration feel even more special. Although we explored dining outside the resort during our stay, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the hotel offers over 30 restaurants on-site. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority throughout the entire property. The lobby, hallways, and common areas were spotless, and our room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We stayed at Fontainebleau earlier this week for one night and had a wonderful experience. Our suite was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially loved the blanket — it made for such a cozy night’s sleep. Everything about the hotel was seamless. The walk from check-in to the room was convenient, the elevators were quick, and the overall flow of the hotel was very well designed. The staff were all kind and welcoming throughout our stay. Aurora truly stood out. She was incredibly kind and accommodating during check-in. Even though we were only staying for one night, she took the time to help find a room she knew I would really enjoy.
