Foley Sunchase RV Park

We have been coming to this park for several years. Each time there have been two or three managers since our last visit, ||There is a dog running around lose. The rest rooms and showers should have been cleaned this season sometime. The community center is big, but unkept. There are no activities scheduled.||Water & electrical problems plagued the facility.||The campers we met were nice.

There is new management starting 2019. They are trying to update this campground. We stayed over 3 weeks and except for a dog issue with locals there who wouldn’t keep their dog on a leash, we did fine. It’s in an ideal location close to stores but enough away from noise of the inner city. Going back next year again but with something nasty for dog and owner if our dogs are attacked. Russell, the manager, is doing a good job. Hang in there Russell.

This park is terrible. It was acceptable until the most recent manager was hired. Community bathrooms are now disgusting, there was feces on the wall. You can smell the sewage whenever you take the trash out, and the water pipes are constantly bursting and do not get fixed promptly. New manager has tried to peek into people's vehicles and RVs.

The management has been improving the park. I have been here for 3 years and everything is good and getting better. I have no plans to move. Good people, good location.

I have a very good friend who rents a lot there. She loves it, and I enjoy my visits there. It is quiet yet convenient to grocery stores, convenience stores, and other shopping. Management is attentive.
