This is the most reasonably-priced fantastic place on earth. A must stop on your snowmobiling or Atv adventures. I bought an Ultimax belt for 20% cheaper than you can find out on Amazon and my daughter found a good quality pair of bibs cheaper than you could find anywhere else. Welcome to the North Country, and you better like golden retrievers. It’s an old school friendly bar, full of good, funny, friendly people and golden retrievers. Beer is cold, drinks are solid, its good bar food, and do you happen to like golden retrievers? Because I’m not sure I mentioned golden retrievers. The furry, tail wiggling, well behaved beasts are everywhere, I’m all shapes colors and sizes, from 4-6 months old to the old guards around 13 years old. They will not bother you, but if you ask for kisses you will be obliged, if you offer belly scritches, they will accommodate, ear rubs are often rewarded with an order of chili fries or onion rings. Food is good, bartenders are good, atmosphere and and clientele is good. The golden retrievers are so good they might steal your wallet,

Came up from down south to ride sleds. Secondary clutch bolt came loose and got bent and nobody had one. They saved my day by straightening the bolt for me. Good folks and good food too!

Understaffed, bar was a mess, it took forever to get a beer. Once we got a seat at the filthy bar the service got a little better. But if you plan on sitting at a table you get no service, you have to go to the bar and hope the old guy waits on you, it took about 20 minutes for us to get our first round. The wings looked good so we did decide to take a crack at them when we got the seats at the bar, on the positive side, they were really good! Oh, and the dogs have free range.

We only stopped for drinks and gas, but it was a friendly place. They have 4 golden retrievers that will greet you, and we were also able to visit the puppies they had out back! 💕🐶
