Firefly Lodge - Elk Springs Resort

After a long drive we arrived for our 4pm check in. We had to wait over two hours for the cleaners to finish before we could enter. Once we were in the place was so dirty. We called for a mop and they said they would bring one but no one came. Purchased a mop and bucket at a local store and the water was completely black after doing the floors. Table was dirty. AC stopped working on us 3 times during the week we were in the house. The carpet is very worn and looks terrible also. Not a good view from our cabins location, only trees and other cabins. Some of the other cabins do appear to have decent views. The pictures posted that we based our rental off of were not pictures of the view we had so that was deceiving.

Stayed here for my birthday October 8th-11th and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had thus far and it helps that we were very close to such fun activities! Loved the cabin and would definitely return year after year!

Has everything you want in a cabin. All amenities and the activities are very close by. My only gripe is, that the cabins are kinda close so you don't feel like you are really in the woods. But it's definitely a recommendation.

Simply awesome. And the price is great. About 10-15 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. It is in a culdesac with other cabins, but it felt private once inside. I would return.

It was the best. It has everything. The theater room is very cute and sofas comfortable.
