This facility is in desperate need of maintenance or a wrecking ball. I was seeing stress bending on the doors apparently from hurricane Matthew in 2018. Drapes were tattered, A/C system appeared to be moldy. Appliances were starting to rust. I saw a lady rinse out her washcloth in the pool after changing a baby’s diaper. 😦 Sprinkler pipes appeared to have rusty bolts on the joints, exit signs not installed correctly. Walkways on all levels were covered over with stone and uneven. Elevators flooring was buckling. Amenities were marginal at best. Good location, but I believe management has bled this place dry and are just waiting for the next hurricane to write it off.

I had received a message in regards to parking through booking.com by email, so I expected communication to come through there. We arrived at the property and there was no office or front desk, so I did not know how to check in. I tried calling the phone number provided for the property, but it was out of service. I spoke with another guest, and she so nicely got the phone number for me to contact someone. It turned out there was a text sent to us that day around 2 pm with an access code to the room. The parking situation was not great for larger vehicles. We had an SUV, and it was impossible to park inside the garage. We were able to grab a spot in front between the parking garage and the road, but these spaces fill up quickly. Customer service advised they have another property we can pa

Very bad place!!!!!! Can give them -1000. COCKROACHES!!!!!Big and small, a lot, hitting you at night!! All other problems look nothing, like small pool, small parking, bad service. When cockroaches jumping at you at night it is killing!!! Kinds screaming, management can only say sorry. Probably we have to report and go to court for this!!

Loved our beautiful view, room was nicer than expected and washer/dryer was super convenient. Comfortable beds and nice beach! This is an older resort but it looks like they must have recently renovated. We really enjoyed our time here.Beach wasn’t crowded. Parking can get a bit tight but never had an issue finding a spot.

Have just arrived back from a week at this resort. The unit we were in was nice enough until we encountered cockroaches. We did leave a message with the number given but had no response. They appeared on the Monday and it was just one and then the next day 3 or 4 . They were mostly found in the kitchen and a couple in the living room. We were careful to sweep the floor everyday to keep it clean. They were in all the cupboards so we had to put all our food stuff in the fridge|The other thing about the unit we had (405) was the patio set on the balcony . It was one of those fancy metal table and chairs definitely not made for relaxing . It would have been nice to have comfy chairs not necessarily expensive but just so you could sit out and enjoy the fabulous view. That was the best thing ab
