Fenix Hotel Hollywood

I stayed for 5 nights at the Fenix Hotel and enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable. I felt safe and secure. The location is wonderful- close to Hollywood Blvd but quiet. There is no front desk or concierge but the online access is easy.

Our stay there was comfortable and the room was very clean. We had everything we needed and the communication on how to get there and how to access was very easy to follow. We loved that parking was covered especially because it was raining. We were happy and we will definitely be staying there again when in the area.

Unbeatable location if you want to be close to Hollywood Boulevard, the surrounding area does get a little sketchy at night but I think that is perhaps normal in the locality. The cleanliness is fair with nothing major to fault. As everything is rather automated, the services there is naturally minimal but it does make things a lot smoother so I do not mind it. But all in all the room and the bed is comfortable and that is what is most important

Rooms were nice and clean- and it’s a convenient location to Hollywood Blvd; however, the amount of codes that you need to remember and enter is insane. There is one to unlock the gate outside to the parking. One for the elevator - one for the door to your room. One for the gate that is on the street and one for the front door. The people need to give you a sheet when you check in with all the codes OR be available to help with all the doors/locks. For that reason alone - I would NOT stay here again!

I stayed in room 107. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable. The room was equipped with more than the basics. It was definitely a studio apartment feel which I loved. If you’re looking for 5 star hotel accommodations, this is not the place for you. I felt safe during my stay even though there is questionable activity in the area. The kitchenette was not equipped with plates, bowls or utensils but not a deal breaker for me. I did not use the pool but did walk down to it and it was clean as was the area. The outside patio/lounge area is not as photographed on the website, it was pretty dingy and the furniture was sun worn. Not a big deal as I wasn’t there for this amenity. My room was next to the stairs and at some point was noisy but not a big deal as it did not bother me.
