FAR WEST RV PARK

In 54 years, I’ve left very few reviews—but this stay deserved one. My wife and I drove hours to get here. Our Expedia booking clearly stated check-in was at 3 p.m. We arrived at 2:05, hoping we might check in a little early. Instead, we were told flatly, “Check-in is at 4.” When we mentioned what Expedia showed, the response was, “We’ve called them several times and they won’t change it.” No apology, no effort to accommodate—just an obvious enjoyment in saying no. We left to kill time, then sat in the parking lot watching the staff ignore their own posted check-in time—3 p.m. is listed right on their website too. Yet we weren’t allowed in a minute before 4. The microwave was broken, the AC was loud but not cooling, and the bathroom light didn’t work. We wasted a lot of time waiting for them to do repairs, which disrupted our schedule and even made it hard to enjoy proper meals. The environment felt very basic, the floor wasn’t clean, there were very few power outlets, and the room itself was really small. Yet the price was $230 per night, absolutely unreasonable. This was the second most expensive room on my entire road trip, but all the other hotels I stayed in were bigger, cleaner, and better equipped, while also being cheaper. I’ve traveled to 20 countries and have never left a negative review for a hotel before, but this stay was extremely uncomfortable and I really feel the need to warn others to avoid this place.

We stayed one night in a trailer that we rented for the company the heating system was boken and the mobil heater we got was not enough. If you like too sleep like in a TENT and pay 130 dollar this i the place for you! We complaid too the manger by email but dident get any answer.

I would rate 0 star if I could. Terrible management and terrible RV condition. We booked the "Luxury 5th Wheel Camper" for one night last weekend and found an extra charge of $250 without any notice or explanation. As I just called the office, I was told it is because we have a pet in the RV and it is not allowed. However, when we checked in, I told the receptionist about our dog and we would keep him sleeping in our own car for the night and would not let him in the RV, the receptionist said ok and mentioned nothing about the extra charge. And we did exactly as we didn't allow the dog in the RV at all during the entire stay.
