Falling Waters Beach Resort

Bought a condo here... AWESOME! Beautifully kept, beautiful pool, lot's of activities! Exceptional condo! They used every space available to create a fabulous home! Can't think of a better place to live! 😊

Love FWBR! It's our escape from Northern weather, it's our chill place, it's our peaceful place. Just can't express how much we love it here. The grounds are immaculate, as is the lazy river. Kudos to Greg, Frank, and the other Board members who work so hard to keep Falling Waters so perfect. The HOA walks the very fine line of being proactive without being intrusive and cumbersome to the residents. Which is, in my very limited experience, an extremely difficult task.

Our stay here was amazing, all of the neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. It was really hard to leave the lazy river pool, it was so relaxing floating around, and before I knew it it was time for dinner

Been here four years straight for two weeks. Love it. Love that Walking River. Could spend the whole day there. Not this year (2019) weather is too cold

Loved our stay here at this beautiful resort. Beautiful landscape, pool, tennis, bocce, horseshoe and a lazy river. Beautiful walk around the resort. Looking forward to visiting again.
