Fairfield Inn Hartsville

I recently stopped in Hartsville for an overnight stay at the Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel felt warm and spacious from the moment I arrived. It has a functional gym with solid equipment and a pool (a bit cold to use this time of year, but still a nice amenity). The complimentary breakfast buffet was well stocked—perfect for a quick morning meal—and I appreciated the good coffee and the availability of oat milk. I stayed in a large king-bed room that was exactly what I hoped for: warm, comfortable, and very clean. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was spacious with a full tub. Positive: Great location - many food options in short walking distance. Friendly staff, decent hot breakfast with health-conscious alternatives, comfortable bed and pillows. Negative: Loud air conditioner that blows in your face when in bed. Room on the small side. Getting to channels on the TV was not intuitive but I figured it out.

The staff is friendly and willing to address any issues that arise.||We had an issue with our room. It took them a while to get us set up in a new room. ||The breakfast is average. There was not a lot of variety in the food options.||The hotel was convenient to the places we wanted to go in Hartsville, Sam Kendall's and The Rooftop at the Mantissa.

The front desk Supervisor Amy was amazing very nice experience, we stopped through this location for my Grandfathers 80th birthday party! No Marriott’s in Walterboro South Carolina, so we stayed here being a Marriott loyal! Again Amy customer service was top notch! She was truly amazing and very grateful for people like her in today’s world.

The staff on this hotel are amazing! Amy greeted us when we got here.. she was very sweet, friendly and so helpful. The clerk that followed her shift was kind and patient and helpful in every way too. The clerk that was on shift the next morning was bubbly and kind and helpful as well. i stayed at a previous hotel for two weeks prior to staying here and i was afraid to ask them for towels because they made it seem like it was a chore and they didn’t want to deal with me. Not here though! My needs were met immediately and it always came with reassurance that they were happy to meet my needs in the moment. Room was clean.. plenty of room to move around and storage. nice mirror and roll out ottoman to sit on while applying make up or just for daily use. i needed to stay an extra night and the
