Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Stockton Lathrop

5 stars all the way! I had a recent stay at this Fairfield Inn & Suites Lathrop with my family this past weekend and everything exceeded my expectations. The moment we walked in, the lobby and hallways smelled clean and fresh. I had a small wait but the GSA was apologetic and assisted me with my check-in. Although I had the month wrong on my reservation, Sim was gracious enough to allow me to fix my arrival date, phew! She was super friendly and helpful with my arrival as I had two boys, one is autistic. We proceeded to our room and it was very clean and the bedsheets were well pressed. The bathroom was huge! I was surprised as to how much space there was in there! The next day, I came down to the front desk to extend check out time as my husband wasn't feeling well. I didn't catch her nam

New-ish hotel. Stayed multiple times. The hotel is clean. Appreciate the free EV charging. Ample parking. Close to Sprouts Market, Chipotle and Target. Great self-service laundry when washing softball uniforms (stayed for tournaments). Large dining area for the complimentary breakfast.

I've been staying at Marriott properties throughout the US for work, for the past three years, and most of them are very well staffed, clean, comfortable and convenient. unfortunately, the staff at this in particular Marriott hotel have been very rigid and unaccommodating. maybe I just came at a bad time, but it has has made this say a bit of a disappointment. I would suggest looking at other Marriott properties in the area before staying here.

So I have checked into 15 hotels within the week. I’ve stayed here for five times. So the Check And process is extremely quick unless they run your ID FOR WITHIN THE SYSTEM. NO OTHER REASON, RACIALLY PROFILING. It was nothing about my Check And. That said this was fraud, but the color of my skin. It was a lot of typing and a lot of stalling. After the point, the girl was really sweet, but honestly, basically pro falling your guest at this hotel based on nothing it’s absolutely ridiculous. I stay here almost 4 or five times a week for Good customer service, and I got this experience which ruined everything with our history. I don’t really care.
