Friendliest staff ever!!!! We arrived pretty late and on Christmas eve. We had a very easy travel experience getting to Charleston then a few days later our trip up to Greenville. We met a lot of very nice people but I don't think I met anyone as friendly as "Joshua" the young man working behind the desk. He was waiving and smiling the second we walked into the building! | The lobby was clean, the elevators and hallway clean and the room very fresh. Blackout curtains made for a good night's rest with a breakfast included the next day! | Another very friendly employee "Pam" did a very nice job remaking the room when we were gone and very friendly the couple times we talked to her. The final employee we dealt with on checkout was Janishe, again very friendly and helpful. | I t

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites this past weekend during the ice storm, and the experience was incredible despite the weather. While the entire staff was kind and compassionate, ShaWanda Domingue truly stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and cared for during a very stressful time. Her warmth and professionalism made all the difference! If you’re looking for a hotel that genuinely cares about its guests, this is the place. Thank you, ShaWanda, for your amazing hospitality!

This newly opened hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and feels like home (away from home)! The room and bathroom were spotless!! The complimentary breakfast was DELICIOUS, hearty, and offered a wide selection of options. And then there’s Joshua, who works at the front desk. He was the BEST part of my stay!! After hours of driving, I decided to get a room but needed assistance. On the phone, Joshua was professional, patient (very!), and kind! He even stayed after his shift ended to ensure there would be no issues when I checked in! THANK YOU Joshua!! I truly appreciate your going above and beyond so I could get a good night’s rest! Such a WONDERFUL stay!!

Stayed here on a whim during a family road trip to Pigeon Forge, and I’m so glad we chose this place. We were drawn to it for being newly built and conveniently located right off the highway, and it did not disappoint. Even though it was just for one night, we were all completely comfortable and thoroughly satisfied with our stay. A special thank-you to ShaWanda Dominguez at the front desk—she was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive. Her hospitality made our visit even better.

$135 for 1 night 1 room on a Sunday night. We were in town for an OB appointment. Room #121 woken up at 515 in the morning to the sound of the kitchen preparing breakfast. Noise continued all morning so no going back to sleep. Not sure why on a Sunday night when the hotel is half empty you would put someone next to the kitchen. Bed hard. Maybe 8 inch skinny mattress. Stains under bed sheet. Just look. Light for bathroom shower flickered like a strobe light so couldn’t use it. Shelf in shower needs to be cleaned slimy and residue from old soap on it. Air filter on thermostat needed to be changed. Simple maintenance. On departure trash over flowing in outdoor trash can by lobby door. Bad look for 11 AM. Disappointing unfortunately.
