Comfort Suites

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was due to the indoor pool. The indoor pool was very cold; the heater was not working. The ice machine did not work. The water pressure in the shower was so bad that it was difficult to wash and rinse. The breakfast was not good. There were no options for people who care about their health. They ran out of milk, so I could not put milk in my coffee. I did not see any staff in which I could ask for more milk. The hallway outside of our room was loud due to inconsiderate guests. We paid $250 for two nights. We would not stay here again and we would not recommend it.

First let me start off by saying I was not going to complain online until I saw that you charged my card ANOTHER $107 when you are supposed to be refunding the room to begin with. I booked this hotel through the choice rewards app since I was taking my daughter to Shriners Children’s Hospital and it was close… wow what a mistake that was! The lady at the front counter was extremely nice gave me the card key went to the room and it was DISGUSTING! Dirty shower, unmade bed dirt all over the floor. No problem figured they just messed up in the system went down asked for a new room great I walk in looks meh but not as dirty as the first took my kid to go get food we get back showered where I discovered mold and lay down for sleep…… at 3 am I wake up to my skin being on FIRE run to the bathroom

We stopped at Comfort Suites for just a few hours during a late-night trip in town, checking in around 2 a.m. and checking out at 8 a.m. Even though our stay was short, it was fantastic. The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, exactly what we needed for some much needed rest. A special thank-you to the front desk associate who checked us in at 2 a.m. (we didn’t catch his name, but he was friendly, welcoming, and efficient). They made the latenight checkin process quick and pleasant, which we really appreciated after a long drive. Overall, this Comfort Suites exceeded our expectations. We’d definitely stay here again!

Checked in for 2 nights because it was reasonably close to Furman for the Scottish games. Was able to do an early check in. I'm assuming it was the manager who checked us in. Very nice, and like us, talkers. The room (513) was good size. Big walk in shower. Double sinks. Very quiet. Breakfast area was roomy. Great breakfast options. Especially the biscuits and gravy. Auriel wade sure it was well stocked. The property is walking distance to a few restaurants. The pool was great. We were the only ones in there for 2 hours. Totally loved the card to fill out for housekeeping needs. Nice touch. Now the downsides. Shower door would not stay close. The blackening shades didn't completely cover the windows. Lack of towel rods or hooks. USB ports at desk weren't working. I've machine on our floor

While the lady that checked me in was nice. My in laws stated they did not have hot water in their room on the first floor so the had to use a room on the second floor to take a shower, my bathroom wasn’t cleaned as evident by open and empty soap wrappers and buildup in shower, who’s door wouldn’t stay closed, also my room had blown or missing light bulbs. I watched a family try to check in for at least 10 minutes only for the staff have a negative attitude towards them and the line in lobby. Coffee machine in lobby is great staff doing breakfast touch and go, one was nice one not so much. Also wasn’t aware of pillow size, was expecting queen size pillows possibly not but not flat standard size with a floppy throw pillow
