Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites New York Queens/Fresh Meadows

Staff is amazing, services were good but could have been better. Amazing view from our room and lots of food option nearby the hotel which was very convenient. Very close to the airport so it's easy to travel and a safe area. Buses routes are nearby as well like 4 mins walk. There are few drawbacks; they don't provide you slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. You have to request for services a day before and on my second last day, they didn't clean as much as they should be. Breakfast is the same everyday except for just a different sausage, they should have more options. Overall satisfied but they could improve there services and breakfast options.

Positive: VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED FACILITY. Negative: The staff was very unfriendly and rude. Check in and check out staff were not at all friendly.

My wife and I stayed at this location in early February 2026. It was by far the worst experience we’ve had in a Marriott in sometime. The management is completely unresponsive to any concerns that customers raise and demonstrates no attempt to resolve serious and potentially life-threatening issues. Yes, the temperature during a three nights stay was ridiculously low outside, but the heat provided by the hotel for our room, and most rooms in the hotel was woefully inadequate.. we slept with our coats on and sweaters and hats, as well as gloves to be able to compensate for the lack of heat provided in the rooms. When we complained to the manager, he offered to move us into another room that might provide some additional warmth. This was done at 10:30 PM. It was completely an unacceptable

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean, the rooms were lovely, and the breakfast was excellent, thanks to Assitan, the breakfast specialist. She was incredibly helpful, greeting everyone with a warm 'good morning' and assisting with the machines. Her dedication to keeping everything spotless was impressive. The hotel's location is also ideal for exploring New York, with plenty of affordable dining options nearby. Five stars to Assitan - she truly shines! A sister from another mother ❤️

Worst Marriott Stay ever. Where do I begin. One of two elevators broken the entire weekend, stained sheets on one of the beds, several outlets in room not working, phone in room did not work, 3 towels for 4 guests, broken blowdyer, horrific valet service ($41 charge per day). I went to front desk personally to ask for towels and a working blow dryer. Didn't receive until day two. We were woken from a dead sleep to knocking on door at 7 am next day with additional towels and blow dryer. Felt more like a Motel Six than a Marriott. Not cheap stay either. NEVER AGAIN. DO BETTER MARRIOTT
