Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Naples

This property was amazing. We went for business and was very pleased with it being locatied right off the freeway. As soon as we checked in we were promptly greeted by the front desk and checked in quickly. The Lobby area was very clean and welcoming. Rooms were great with no issues. Staff gave good food recommendations in the area. Staff was kind, friendly and listed to all of our needs. Will stay here again.

My room was pretty dirty end dusty. we had to clean it ourselves. Customer service staff was great when we got here. Food was okay. They just need to do a lot better on a cleaning and make sure there's no dust or dirt in the rooms. We've been sneezing in our room for 4 nights we stayed. Even take allergy medicine and it wasn't working. Don't know if I will pick this hotel on my next visit.

Not happy with our stay here…the first night my daughter slipped in the shower. I knew this so I was being careful when I showered- I slipped once and then had a terrible fall and couldn’t move my body without soreness the entire next 2 days. The gave us a bath mat but they should already be in every room considering how dangerous the showers are. Back to the bath mat- it was moldy. So was the shower. The shower curtain was dirty and was making the whole room smell bad when it was wet. We ran out of conditioner and soap and the new conditioner given to use was in a visibly dirty container, like it was used in another bathroom and never wiped down or cleaned. Gross. Positive: Clean, close to Paradise Sports complex Negative: I fell in the shower and broke my shoulder. When I told the front desk staff, they said “they hated that for me”, didn’t offer any assistance and seemed annoyed I needed more pillows to prop up in the bed due to the broken shoulder.

Had a wonderful stay. We had to find a hotel fast due to an emergency. Front desk staff was absolutely amazing, friendly and so helpful. Convenient location, right off interstate. We had the king bed room. Definitely recommend
