Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Montgomery-EastChase Parkway

I wish I had the name of the staff member who helped me, there was a Woman who was the kindest and nicest Marriot worker I've encountered in a long time. I flew from California to Atlanta and was driving in for a wedding that was taken place at 1pm. My flight was delayed and it was going to affect my checkin time. The Woman at the front desk was so kind, to make sure that I had my room ready by the time I got there. I wish I had a chance to get her name, but as a Gold Member she took really good care of me and my family. My room was a little outdated, there was no soap in the dispenser and the door took forever to close, but the service was top notch. I needed extra towels and rags, taken care of quickly. I needed some water for my medication, was given a complimentary water. Breakfast

We are Mariott members and we do our best to book their hotels. However, this will be the last time we stay at Fairfield. First room had a nasty clump of hair on the comforter. Evening service attendants placed us in another room and guaranteed it to be clean. However, I quickly noticed the ice container had about 2 inches of water in it. Therefore, it wasn't cleaned or even dumped out after the last guest. ||Beware of Fairfield.

Positive: The location is near everything that I needed and wanted to go to. Very friendly and knowledgeable hotel staff Negative: The floors could be cleaner time to do some renovations.

Nyree is the perfect example of exceptional customer service and a true asset to the front desk team. Thanks to her, my experience was smooth, enjoyable, and memorable from start to finish. If you’re lucky enough to be greeted by Nyree, you can rest assured you’re in great hands!

First night, AC didn’t work. Got moved to a room with no shower curtain, handle in the tub fell off in my hand, vent in bathroom didn’t work, mold on ceiling, mold in tub. The lamps next to the bed had busted charging ports. I informed the front desk, they said that they would issue Marriot points for my problems. Never got them. I have never seen a Marriott so neglected and ran down.
