Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Memphis Collierville

I have been a Bonvoy member for a while and stay at this hotel very frequently. My wife and I had to attend a service and we were running a little late so our daughter 18 who stayed back at the room we asked for a little late check out 1:30 instead of 12 pm. Eric the manager didn’t say much but the housekeeping kicked my daughter out of the room and made her move all the luggage by herself with no help. She was out in the lobby sitting with everything around when we arrived. Eric later says that they were under a lot of pressure so this is how you treat your regular customers I don’t even want to know how they deal with non Bonvoy members The housekeeping was rude and literally not even respectful when she told my daughter off when she said my parents are not here yet. Pathetic

I was warmly greeted at check-in by Erinn at the front desk. She was very accommodating informed me about the hotel and let me know that as a silver elite I did have some water waiting for me in my room, which was really nice. My room was on the fourth floor. I was in a king suite I open the door. It was very clean and nicely decorated. I found my package with water and also there was a fresh cookie in the bag as well. The bed feels very comfy. The bathroom was nice and clean. I’ve got no complaints. It’s in a very good location, there is a shopping mall next-door with some higher and stores. It’s slightly secluded. It’s very quiet but close to the exit off the highway. I’ll definitely stay here again if I need to fly in and out of Memphis and do business in the area.

Overall the hotel is very nice. It's either new or been renovated. The things I like about it would include the staff is very friendly, it's clean, and quiet. It has a fitness center, an outdoor pool, and breakfast is included. The rooms are pretty standard. The furnishings seemed to be fairly new. The window shade is pretty cool. I have included a picture. In room 204, the AC rattled a bit and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom. The water pressure wasn't good. I would stay again as long as I got it for under $100 like I did this time.

Had the best experience! Drove in From Indiana, so we got in super late and we’re able to check in seamlessly after booking the room around 10 PM at night. Hotel parking was very safe and secure very small clean town. Hotel is clean and quiet. Staff is helpful.
