Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Holiday Tarpon Springs

I recently stayed at this hotel for just one night and have to say the service was excellent. Front desk clerks were amazing. Definitely went above and beyond. Couple issues came up (not the hotel’s fault) and they handled them immediately to my 100% satisfaction. I was impressed. Would definitely stay there again and recommend you do as well. Great Job!

Very clean and modern. All employees were super nice and provided anything we requested from information to extra towels. Breakfast was very good and attendants were wonderful. Air conditioner was noisy. Reported it at checkout and the attendant thank me and said she would have it taken care of. The bed was very comfortable but the sheets kept pulling up off the corners, as if the elastic was stretched out. Needed replaced. Great location with good parking. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel, and safety is great. The staff are amazing, and provide exceptional customer service. Good lobby with breakfast included from 6-9. The rooms on the other end, can use a little bit of uplift - the air, please have the AC filters changed and spray a room freshener, the shower head is rusty, so it can use a replacement as well. Please include toiletries (body cream) as well.

My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfortable, and every detail showed great care. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted amazing. Overall, a perfect balance of comfort, quality, and hospitality. Highly recommended!

Exceptional service by the staff & especially by the front desk agent Adam. He is phenomenal! Verizon had a service issue that affected over 2 million people (including me) and he took the time to help me with my phone so that I could receive messages - which was a complete game changer as I am out here for business. Adam is outgoing, 100+ customer service driven and just a joy and a pleasure whenever I see him. When I was younger - I worked in hotel management and have 15 years experience with it- and I can honestly say - you have a true gem with Adam! The next time I am in town - I will stay here again because of the phenomenal customer service!! PS your breakfast staff and housekeeping staff are also so friendly & welcoming!
