Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Hobbs

I had a wonderful experience at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Hobbs. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. I especially want to recognize Daniel from the maintenance team for his exceptional service. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful—he addressed an issue quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about guests the way he does. Thanks to the great staff and top-notch service, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hobbs.

Nice, clean, good staff. We checked into a room and the tv did not work. The staff member easily moved us to another room after she checked to make sure the tv worked in that room. Location is next door to Applebees and you get a 10% off coupon from the hotel. Easy to walk there for dinner. Pool is small but clean. Property overall looks clean and tidy

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was super clean and smelled good. The pool was nice, clean and refreshing with pool towels. Breakfast was great, except for the eggs. I know it is hotel breakfast and it is included with the stay, but the boxed/powdered eggs were not our favorite. Waffles on the other hand were superb. We loved the little market for our evening snacks. Thank you!

This would be a great hotel for the price but the "free" wifi and "guest room entertainment" or tv are complete crap. I had to use my hotspot or starlink to do my job. I should send them a bill. If you like decent wifi and TV, this is not a good hotel. Every person I have talked to who's stayed here says the same thing. Stop being cheap and get better internet service!

Front desk staff lie and are combative. Extremely rude. Shame on you!! Last night was night number 122 this year staying exclusively at Marriott properties across the country. Never have I experienced such rudeness. Need a lot of training. Hotel is a dated property. Relatively clean. Cheap price for a Marriott.
