Rooms were lovely clean, comfortable, and made me feel genuinely safe the whole time. Breakfast was a highlight too: fresh, tasty, and a perfect start to the day. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for an easy, stress-free visit.

Fabulous hotel. Rooms clean , large and everything worked perfectly. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee in room . Quiet and safe. Very convenient location. Parking safe and close to walking trails and many teams shops. Will be our go to hotel in Fort Worth.

My family has stayed here many times and we always have had a pretty nice experience! The rooms are always clean and comfortable and the employees are pretty nice. The big selling point, though, is the prime location! It is 5 minutes from the main TCU campus, so it is perfect for TCU families in town looking for reasonable rates (not the super expensive priced that the really wealthy families pay at the Berry St. Hyatt). It also is about 5 minutes from downtown Fort Worth, so if you’re looking to explore the city, you’re in luck! It’s also within walking distance from some local favorite dining spots, varying from fast food to fun finds to fancy restaurants! We stay in hotels that range from a wide spectrum of prices and amenities. From the Atlantis last week at $1000 a night to this hotel for under $150 a night. I would have to say this hotel had the most amazing staff . Rooms were nice , clean , safe and breakfast was wonderful. We have a new granddaughter in Fort Worth and visit often. This will be our new go to place. Tonneta ( manager) was fabulous. Chris nice front desk was truly a pleasure to talk with. Anyone with a negative experience should really give this hotel another shot. We will be back !!!

We were overall disappointed with this hotel. Even though we are not very demanding or overly critical, we were let down on several points.When we arrived, we were informed that the swimming pool was unavailable due to maintenance. We then went to our room, and unfortunately, the bed had been made without the staff noticing that the previous guests had urinated on the mattress. I had the unpleasant feeling of lying down on wet sheets.The receptionist kindly gave us another room, but without offering an apology.After that, there were several other small inconveniences, such as the absence of conditioner in the bathroom, no waffle batter or spoons at breakfast, and more.
