Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Foley

We stayed here during a recent soccer tournament. The hotel was at max capacity. Even with that being the case, the staff was very friendly and patient. The manager on duty when we checked in was Jody and she did an excellent job getting everyone checked in. The rooms were clean and in great shape. We will be back in Foley for other tournaments and we will stay here again

I have been staying here weekly for the past 2 months. Staff have been extremely friendly. Rooms are clean and the hotel is quiet. Plenty of parking.

My family and I stayed at this hotel and after entering the room I found it to be dirty. There was hair on the sheet and a bug on the bed and crumbs on the bed and floor. I took pictures, went back to the front desk to let the employee aware. I asked if she wanted to walk up with me to see it, she said no I believe you. I was given a 2nd room which had hair on the sheet and a bug on the bed. I went back to the front desk and the employee was on her personal phone with another employee who said she was coming up to the hotel. Again, the employee didn't want to go look with me. I apologized for the inconvenience to see. I told her I wasn't trying to be difficult, but I refuse to sleep in a dirty bed. I initially booked this hotel most likely for the same reason others were thinking - new hotel, minimally priced, no pets (my daughter has a dog allergy & I just don’t want to hear dogs bark while I sleep). We’re all thinking - this will be perfect for a weekend getaway! Well things didn’t go that smoothly! We arrived, checked in & seen a room that wasn’t so clean. No problem - i’ll just tidy it down myself, throw out the leftover food from the previous guest and move on! Well my daughter went in to use the bathroom. She came and told us she couldn’t flush the toilet because it was full of water. We called the front desk to inform them of this and we were told that they were getting someone to immediately come look at it! Maybe 30/40 minutes went by and my husband decided to go down t

This was our first time checking into this hotel. From what I know it’s very new! The rooms were clean, that had quality soap for you in the shower and cold AC! They are also conveniently located near restaurants, grocery store and activities! Will definitely be back.
