Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Elkin Jonesville

We stopped after a really long day driving. The hotel is under extensive renovations. We are seniors and members of Marriott Bonvoy. I asked for a price right away and was told all my info had to be entered before price quote. The clerk said th very best she could offer was $208.00 plus taxes. US funds.We are Canadian. The room we received was very dated- circa 1960? Maybe. The Armour was very old. Nothing updated. It had a microwave and fridge and safe hidden in cupboards. The bathroom was very tiny and dark. The mirror frame was falling off. Toilet had no seat. They did offer breakfast around the exposed gyprock. Nothing to rave about. The bath/shower was small and tub side very low to the ground. We were not happy. I feel that we should have had a lower price to compensate for t

Wonderful staff! They went over and above to give great customer service! The room was super clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious!

I stayed at the Fairfield in Elkin for a month while working at the airport and had an amazing experience. The hotel staff were warm and welcoming, especially Alex who was great to accommodate our team. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quite large. I really enjoyed having a bathtub in December as it got quite cold. Hopefully the fitness center and pool are open again soon! The back patio with the fire place was great for an afternoon hang out. The Christmas decorations everywhere were also amazing and helped make the stay feel like home. If you're staying in Elkin, this is the place to be!

Positive: The pool was clean and welcoming and my Granddaughter was thrilled with it! The lobby decorations amazing/beautiful!! The Manager was so accommodating. My favorite breakfast was the creamy oatmeal and tons of fresh, lovely toppings! Thank you! Negative: I liked Everything - oh just to note the closet door in the room kept popping off the track. I let your front desk know and maintenance was quick to respond and very nice

Pulled off the highway for a quick sleep and accidentally checked into the North Pole!! 🎅✨ The warmest greeting, hot chocolate, cookies, a cozy fireplace, with the sweetest handwritten note in our room - exactly what we needed after traveling on the road all day after a fun but cold ski trip. Holiday magic achieved. Such a wonderful surprise! 10/10 would stay again! ❤️☕️🎄
